Lesson in Self-Love:
A Drop at a Time đżÂ
Â
August Notes from Vowel Skin
This is the month where we learn something simple but important: it is never selfish to look after yourself, in-fact, it is necessary.
Gather around as I tell you about a young mother who reminded us how easy it could be to forget ourselves while caring for others.
Â
Â
One August morning, a quiet peaceful morning, with her child laughing in the next room, and the sunlight pouring through her window, she paused for a moment then did something brave, reaching for what made her skin feel good, the first step of the day, the first letter, the first vowel if you will, warming a few drops between her palms, allowing them to melt into her skin.

It was a small act, hidden behind four walls, but it was hers.
Â
Â
She started to build a rhythm around it.
A morning moment. A bedtime ritual.
Â

Â
A reminder that soft skin and nourished hair werenât luxuries, but signs of love.
A, an enriching all purpose avocado oil, became more than a skincare step, it became a gentle invitation to check in, slow down, and treat herself with the same tenderness she gave so freely to others.
Summer didnât feel so overwhelming anymore.
It felt forgiving.

So hereâs the lesson weâre holding onto this August:
Â
Self-love doesnât need to be loud or dramatic.
Â
Sometimes, it starts with just one drop.Â
One deep breath.
One quiet âIâm worth it.â
Â
No matter who you are, this is your sign to begin again, gently.Â
We made A for exactly that.
