Our Founding Story
Vowel began in a classroom.
A young teacher named Mr. Nasser
stood in front of his students each day.
Honestly...
They noticed everything.
His breath, his clothes, his unshaven face.
Children, after all,
are the most honest people in the world.
So...
So he started shaving every morning.
Not for himself.
For them.
But...
The daily routine left his skin irritated.
He looked for a solution, something natural, affordable, and simple.
What he found was rows of complicated products with too many steps and too many ingredients.
So he made something better
With the help of his friend Alvin,
they blended five oils:
Avocado, Coconut, Castor, Rosemary, and Soybean.
They called it A.
The first vowel.
He used it every day.
On his face.
His body.
His hair.
It worked.
It simplified his life.
It gave him confidence.
And it made him proud to imagine one day saying to his future child,
“Yes, you can use this too.”
That’s how Vowel was born.
